Shanna joined the Advance Partners team in 2020 as the Senior Manager of Client Service. Previously, she was with Paychex for 10 years leading various service teams across the country. She currently leads the Advance Service team, supporting both our Full Service and Funding Services clients. Her team is committed to being friendly, reliable and knowledgeable partners for our clients to create the best service experience possible.

Shanna has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The College of William and Mary.
